For individuals, owners and property managersWe renovate, yes — properly. Everything broken down into items, a transparent quote and dates signed by contract. We work with clear margins and limits: we'd rather tell you what we don't do than do it badly.
With contract and scheduleNeed to hire another builder and don't know if they're pulling a fast one? We act as a bridge. We make sure the numbers, the deadlines and the work add up for both sides. Transparency both ways: neither do they overcharge you, nor do they leave them hanging.
Bridge between client and builderWe come, we see it with our own eyes and we tell you the truth. If it's nothing, we say so. If it's bigger than it looks, that too. We don't inflate the quote or sell you smoke.
Each item broken down: what it is, what it costs and why. You see where every euro goes. This, which is normal on big jobs, almost no one does on small projects. We do.
We set dates and sign them. No "we'll come round", no "next week for sure". A calendar with commitment, so you know where you stand.
From your private area you see how it's all going: what's done, what's left, where we are on schedule and budget. Without having to chase us by phone.
We're straight with you: this is what there is. We work with certain limits and margins, and we don't hide them. If something falls outside what we do, or what we do well, we'll tell you and point you to the right person. We'd rather lose a job than do it half-way.

Pick a free day and the block that suits you. We work in blocks of 4 h or full day, Tuesday to Friday, with a minimum of 24 h notice. Mondays are for office and site visits. Every booking stays pending confirmation from the office — if it's urgent, flag it and we'll contact you directly.
A lamp, a socket, a dripping tap or asking for a quote on a small job? No need to grab a calendar block. Tell us what it is and when it'd suit you, and from the office we'll check availability to fit it in as soon as possible.

Who's behind it. If you were expecting the typical tradesman, you've got the wrong door —and I think you'll be glad. I'm a real handyman: I turn my hand to everything and close the job end to end, from the socket to the paint. What I don't do is work off the books: I set up Fixem to do it clearly, tidily and with nothing hidden. I know what to pass to a specialist, and what I start, I finish.
